- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My wife switched to this Dr. during her pregnancy. At first he seemed OK, then long waits to get into the office. Totally packed office of waiting patients. My wife is on an insulin pump and the Dr. goes and submits a script for insuline pens, not vials for her pump. Excuse me... did you read her chart or notice she was wearing a pump? Staff told me to deduct the $45 charge off my bill so I did, and then receive a notice saying I owe $45. Thinking that I owe $45 for a new charge, I send them a check. It never gets processed due to them switching billing companies which have screwed all the bills up. Was told by staff to put a "Stop Payment" on the check, that costs $30. The staff then refuse to renew my wife's script for... TEST STRIPS because she has not had an appointment in the last 90 days. They refuse to submit a script until she makes an appointment. After the next visit, we ask them to submit a 3 month script for insulin for her pump. The Dr. submits 1 month, which costs us $65 and when we tell him he made a mistake, he submits a new script for 2mos, instead of correcting the first script, which costs us our deductible of $125 (which is for 2 or 3 month supply), We ask for reimbursment of $45, $30, and $65 (for the 1 month supply) for his mistakes and he REFUSES. He actually got quite vocal in the office. He claims he did not make the mistakes, his staff did, even though it is HIS practice. So he gives my wife "FREE" samples of insulin to make up for the $135 he owes us. He even pushes a new insulin on her and gives her samples, even though he is no longer her Doctor. She fired him +6 months prior. This Doctor is cocky, arrogant, crude, and his staff does not have a clue. I would avoid this doctor at all costs. He and his staff refused to return the numerous messages I left to rectify this situation. Maybe a call to the medical review board will get his attention.August 03, 2017by A Google User
